Who owns the client relationship?

You do, end to end. The client's contract is with your agency. They never see Chatdeck on the bot, the dashboard, the invoice, or the support inbox. If you fire us, you walk with your clients.

What's the founding-partner commitment?

Three live client bots in the first 90 days, and one written case study (anonymized if needed) we can publish to the website. In exchange you keep founding-partner pricing for the lifetime of your first 25 bots — even after we raise the public list price.

What if my client wants to bring their own LLM key?

Supported. They (or you) plug in an Anthropic, OpenAI, or Mistral key in the dashboard. We discount the platform fee by $20/bot/mo when you BYOK, since we're not eating the token cost.

How long is onboarding?

Two weeks. Week one: brand setup, your dashboard provisioned, Stripe Connect wired in, your team trained. Week two: first client bot built side-by-side with us. Most partners ship the first paid bot inside 14 days.

What happens to existing clients if we churn?

You get a 90-day migration window: we keep their bots running while you transition them off. We do not poach. Ever. This is in the contract.
